Description
EINS was a large network of excellence on the topic of Internet Science. It established the Internet Science conference INSCI. TUM was leading the Joint Research Activity on "Internet as Critical Infrastructure" (with University of Lancaster) as well as the spreading activity on "Standards and Legislation" (with London School of Economics). The focus of the research activity was on security, resilience, and robustness issues. The workshop USRR (Understanding the inter-play of sustainability, resilience, and robustness) is a still on-going series that was started by the activity.
